This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Intulse, Ltd (“Intulse”). collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of our Unified Communications service (“UCaaS”).

Privacy

Users’ privacy is very important to Intulse. Intulse is committed to safeguarding the information Users entrust to Intulse. Our services are appropriate for all ages.

The Information We Collect

Intulse may collect personally identifiable information from Users in a variety of ways, including the creation of user accounts, authorized account contacts, and other instances where Users are invited to volunteer such information. Intulse may also collect information about how Users use our UCaaS tools, for example, by tracking the actions taken inside UCaaS app or management portal, the type of computer used, or the domains from which Users originate. This information allows us to serve you more effectively and efficiently.

How We Use Information

Intulse may use personally identifiable information collected through our UCaaS tools to contact Users regarding products and services offered by Intulse and its trusted affiliates, independent contractors and business partners, and otherwise to enhance Users’ experience with Intulse and such affiliates, independent contractors and business partners. Intulse may also use information collected through our UCaaS tools for research regarding the effectiveness of our products and services and the marketing, advertising and sales efforts of Intulse, its trusted affiliates, independent contractors and business partners.

By being a user of Intulse's UCaaS services, you agree to receive service related emails from us, some of which are not optional. If you no longer wish to receive those types of emails from us you will need to no longer be a user of our UCaaS service. These are NOT marketing emails. We maintain separate email lists for marketing purposes and you can opt out of those at any time.

To unsubscribe from our marketing email lists, please follow the instructions set forth in the “Unsubscribe/Opt-Out” section below. We only send email marketing to individuals who have agreed to receive email from us.

Disclosure Of Information

Intulse DOES NOT sell, rent or lease Users’ data to third parties. We may disclose information collected from Users to trusted affiliates, independent contractors and business partners only to enable Intulse to provide the products and services we offer. For example, it may be necessary to share an address with a shipping company to deliver a product to you or share phone number ownership details with another carrier for the purposes of moving that phone number to Intulse.

We may also disclose aggregate, anonymous data based on information collected from Users to investors and potential partners. We also reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, when legal process is served on Intulse, if our assets are sold or acquired, or if our company is sold or acquired, or when we otherwise deem it necessary or appropriate. By agreeing to this statement, you consent to the disclosure of any record or communication to any third party when we, in our sole discretion, determine the disclosure to be appropriate.

Maintenance Of Information

Information about Users that is maintained on our systems is protected using industry standard security measures. However, we cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on, or transmitted from our systems will be completely secure.

Right To Contact Via Telephone

In addition, being a User of our UCaaS tools constitutes you giving us permission to contact you via telephone when necessary to deliver the products and services Intulse provides.

Group Aggregate Data

We reserve the right to provide aggregate or group data about our UCaaS Users for lawful purposes. Aggregate or group data is data that describes the demographics, usage, or characteristics of our UCaaS Users as a group, without disclosing their personal information.

Security

We endeavor to safeguard and protect our Users’ information. Such information is protected both online and offline. The servers in which we store our Users’ personal information are kept in a secure physical environment. We have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of personal information under our control.

All confidential, proprietary, and private data collected in the UCaaS tools is done so with the use of secure servers. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all payment information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. We do not accept any liability for the security of credit card or other data transmitted to third parties with which information was shared for the purposes of delivering the services Intulse provides.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information in our UCaaS tools from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our UCaaS tools are structured to attract anyone under 13.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

If you wish to access, delete or correct the information that you have provided to us while using our UCaaS tools, please contact us through the by opening a support ticket, via email or through our account center. We may take reasonable steps to confirm the identity of requester in an effort to prevent identity theft.

Information From Integrated 3rd-Party Software

We realize the data stored in 3rd-party software can be very sensitive. Should you choose to integrate our UCaaS software with any 3rd-party software Intulse will only access the minimal amount of information necessary to make the features of the integration work correctly. This usually includes, but is not limited to, names, IDs, and phone numbers. Intulse does not save and store any sensitive information from 3rd-party software. Intulse employees cannot and will not access and/or share any data stored in integrated 3rd-party software including, but not limited to, social security numbers, bank account numbers, investment account numbers, birth dates, address history, and criminal history.

Policy Changes

We do update our policy from time to time without notice so please check back periodically. Changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted on this Site and the effective date of the policy will be modified to reflect the effective date of the most recent version.
