VoIP Phone System Pricing
Curious about the costs of a VoIP phone system for your business? At Intulse, we keep our pricing as transparent as possible. Our VoIP phone pricing is based on the number of users, extensions, and any additional services needed.
We don’t do “plans” with features you may or may not need, or charge you more to get a basic feature behind the pay-wall of a more expensive plan. All of the most common features are included, and add-ons are available for advanced functionality and automation.
Unlike the competition our per user pricing may seem higher, but we do not hide any fees and we are up front about all our costs for services and add-ons.
Available Add-Ons
Get and use toll-free number(s) for your business. If you already have toll-free numbers they can be ported. Toll-free numbers are $20/mo. for the first number and then $5/mo. for additional numbers.
The Intulse FaxPro solution is a reliable, robust faxing server that provides advanced fax routing functionality. Fax numbers are $15 per number/mo.
Intulse offers robust integrations for business software like CRMs, workflow automation, and more like Hubspot, and Salesforce. Integrations are $2.50 per user/mo.
Consolidate your communication solutions. Intulse Meetings is an advanced video & audio conferencing solution that offers screen sharing, and more. Intulse Meetings is $10 user/mo.
Intulse offers advanced call management options for busier offices where manual call routing and personal interaction are a must. Queue agent is $5 per user/mo.
For larger clients, Intulse offers redundancy across geographically diverse areas to help with stability in especially busy call times. Available at $6 per ext/mo.
Do you need or have more than one local number? Intulse can support additional local numbers easily. Added numbers are $2.50 per mo.

For example, Intulse offers integrations for Hubspot, Salesforce, Insightly, Zoho CRM, and more. For churches, Rock RMS, and Planning Center Online, as well as others are available. ONLINE & ON-SITE IN PERSON TRAINING

That is why we try to make our on-site training packages as flexible as possible, allowing you to tailor training sessions to your specific needs. ADDITIONAL FEES
At Intulse we value transparency, honesty, and clarity which is why we keep the pricing in our proposals as complete and all-encompassing as possible. There are some fees which we can not estimate on a proposal but we still want you to know about them. For the overwhelming majority of clients these fees are very minor and will only add a few dollars to their total invoice. These fees include services like E911, SMS text messaging fees, and storage fees for call recording features.
