The information below will provide you with a range of costs for your Intulse business VoIP phone service depending on the number of users, as well as additional services needed, such as; faxing, toll free, CRM integration, conferencing, additional numbers, for example.
A unique approach Intulse takes when preparing a proposal is that we survey your organization’s specific needs, while taking into consideration those phones in lesser-used areas, and price accordingly. We also scale with the size of your organization, where the more users you have the lower your price/user.
Our quoted pricing is all-inclusive of taxes, fees, surcharges, and support costs making a huge difference (often 20% – 40% less) when comparing to the other ‘one size fits all’ proposals you have received.
The most important part of our pricing is based on the number of devices or users you have. This is usually the number of employees you have, plus any shared devices, such as conference phones or phones in a kitchen, break room, or spare office.

The following add-on options are available (additional fees):
For a one-time, per-phone fee, you can buy your phones from Intulse. This option has the advantage of lower total cost of ownership over a 3-year period.
You can rent phones from Intulse for a low per-phone monthly fee. This option has the advantage of having no up-front costs. Furthermore, Intulse remains liable for the device, so if there is ever a problem with it, we’ll take care of it at no cost to you.
Like many of our competitors, we have a “Free” phone option… but, in order to provide quality devices that won’t let you down, we require a 24 or 36 month deal to give you those “FREE” phones.
