GReminders and Intulse have partnered to create a reminder and online appointment scheduling integration for Intulse Meetings. GReminders provides a simple but powerful alternative to other online scheduling systems. The AI Notetaker empowers users to leverage AI for the sake of efficiency and accuracy.

Our integration provides several layers of functionality:

  • Create a link for clients to schedule appointments that automatically include an Intulse Meeting link unique to that appointment.
  • Clients receive a calendar invitation with the Intulse Meeting link, as well as reminders (via text and/or email).
  • Continue to use the calendar you already have (instead of creating a new one to manage client video meetings) – including Microsoft Outlook, GSuite (Google Calendar), and even other 3rd-party systems like Redtail Calendar.
  • Record calls with the Intulse app, and with integration enabled, the call is automatically transcribed by the GReminders AI Notetaker.
  • AI Notetaker can analyze your recorded call and give you a detailed meeting summary, a full transcript, and a list of action items to help you get started on your post-meeting tasks.
