The Training You Need, In Person, & Tailored To Your Organization
Intulse is committed to ensuring that your onboarding process is as effortless and efficient as possible. In our experience, that sometimes means onsite installation and training to ensure full adoption of our phone system.
Every organization is different and has unique needs. That is why we try to make our onsite training packages as flexible as possible, allowing you to tailor training sessions to your specific needs. We have created a series of individual sessions so you can determine how we spend our time with you.
You can choose from any of the following sessions to design a 6-hour day of training that best suits your needs.
We will walk through the Intulse App together, demonstrating all the features it has to offer and allow your team to ask questions along the way. We highly recommend having at least one of these sessions.
This session is for system administrators to learn how to update your phone system all on their own! We will cover how to create new extensions, order phones, update calendars and more! We highly recommend having at least one of these sessions for anyone who will be managing anything related to your phone system.
This hands-on session is dedicated to ensuring everyone on your staff has the app installed on their phone and has the virtual phone enabled. Your team will walk out of this session with the app downloaded, enabled, and ready to use! We will also discuss why it is helpful to make the most of the Intulse App!
This session is designed to allow a small number of users some dedicated one-on-one time with an Intulse staff member. Organizations often use this time for anyone on their team who needs a little extra help to effectively use the Intulse tools. (Time varies by organization size)
We will unbox all your phones and connect them to your network. Assume this takes about 10 minutes per phone. Intulse is NOT able to assist with any wall mounting. (Time varies by organization size)
This session will be used to walk you through the various functions of your desk phone and how it interacts with the Intulse App.
We will demonstrate how your specific integration works with Intulse, allowing opportunities to ask questions along the way.
Your team and ours will need a short break, we'll bring snacks!

Travel expenses for the Intulse training staff are not included in the training package cost.
All travel expenses (airfare, rental car, fuel, hotel, and a per diem for meal and incidentals) shall be reimbursed by the client and are due upon receipt. All travel will occur per the Intulse Travel Guidelines outlined on this page. Intulse is committed to keeping travel expenses as low as possible.
Intulse must be reimbursed for the cheapest coach fares available at a minimum of 3 weeks in advance of our travel. Due to scheduling, in some cases we must book closer to our visit but will try to prevent this. Occasionally, our frequent fliers will be upgraded through their own reward accounts or at Intulse’s expense.
We rent the most reasonable and affordable car available. Sometimes we use a dedicated rental car company and receive upgrades through our rewards account.
We stay in the most affordable “three star or above” hotel within a reasonable driving distance. Each Intulse staff member will stay in their own room.
To keep it simple, we bill the IRS/GSA standard per diem per person, per day based on the zip code of your organization (or other meeting location). This is a reasonable and typically low amount for meal and incidental expenses.
