Account and Data Deletion

This page outlines how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data. Intulses values your privacy and provides you with options to manage and delete your account and personal data.

In-App Deletion

Follow the steps for your device to remove all app data and uninstall the Intulse App.

Web-Based Deletion

If you prefer to request deletion directly, you can do so through our online form:

1. Visit the Information Removal Request Form at the bottom of this page.
2. Fill out the required fields, including your account details and reason for removal.
3. Submit the form.

We will process your request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request.

Data Retention Policy

In some cases, we may need to retain certain data for legal, security, or regulatory reasons. This retained data will be securely stored and will not be used for any other purpose.

1. Legal Obligations Data required to comply with legal obligations.
2. Security Data needed to maintain the security of our services.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Data required for compliance with applicable regulations.

Confirmation

Once your deletion request is processed:

• You will receive a confirmation email.
• All your personal data associated with the account will be permanently deleted.
• If you encounter any issues or do not receive confirmation, please contact our support team.
