Integration Features

• Click-to-Call: Place phone calls from within Virtuous using click-to-call buttons on any phone number, saving time and improving call efficiency.
• Click-to-Text:  Send texts from within Virtuous using click-to-text buttons on any phone number.
• View Call History:  Log detailed call info on a contact record in Virtuous. This log includes the date, time, duration and recording (optional) of every call, as well as optional commentary on the call.
• View Texting History: All texts between your staff and CRM contacts will appear in Virtuous on a person’s profile. This will be logged as a daily note of text exchanges.
• Contacts Activities Access: Quickly add any call notes to a person during the call and they will show up in Virtuous.
• Pop-up Alerts with Profiles:  Incoming calls trigger Virtuous to open the caller’s profile in Virtuous BEFORE you answer the call! This helps you quickly learn about people in your church so that you better connect and care for them.
• Call Anyone from Anywhere: Whether on desktop or mobile, the Intulse app allows users to search Virtuous contacts and call or text them.
