Configure & Test
We’ll work with you to gather information regarding how you want your phone system set up – things like extensions, what you want your caller experience to be, how to set up voicemail greetings and call recordings, etc. Don’t worry, we’ll provide guides and examples. Regardless of your level of technical expertise we’ll walk you through the whole process.
Plugin your phones
If you’ve ordered new phones through Intulse, we’ll fully configure your phones and ship them to you. Your phones will be ready to go right out of the box.
You can even request for Intulse to come on-site and help you setup and train your staff. If you encounter any networking, wiring, or IT needs while working on this project we have some amazing partners who may be able to help you.
You can begin to start making test calls as soon as your phones are plugged in and finished starting up.
Go-Live & Porting
If you ordered new phone numbers through Intulse, you’re ready to go!
If you have existing numbers, you can forward them to your temporary Intulse number to go live at the moment of your choosing. When you’re comfortable we’ll start porting your existing numbers (moving them to Intulse). We’ll work with you to coordinate the specific date for the transfer to take place. In most cases, we’ll be able to accommodate the date of your choosing.
