Our Process for Switching to VoIP Business Phones is Simple by Design
Learn more about our simple, multi-step process below. We provide all the tools and resources needed to train your users, and set everything up so it works out of the box. That way you can focus on staying connected.
Step 1 – Make the Better Call by Signing Up with Intulse
Work with one of our advisors to get a free system evaluation, choose your options and any integrations, and get answers to any questions you have. Make the decision that your team will love, and be an office hero!
Step 2 – Configuration & Testing
Our team will work with you to gather information about how you want your phone system set up. Considerations like extensions, what you want your caller experience to be, how to set up voicemail greetings and call recordings, etc… We provide plenty of guides and examples. Best part? You don’t need to be a tech genius. We do the heavy lifting.
Step 3 – Connect Your New VoIP Phones
If you order new phones from Intulse we fully configure them and ship them directly to you. Your phones will be ready to go right out of the box.
Intulse can also come on-site (by request, for an added fee) to setup and train your staff. If you encounter any networking, wiring, or IT needs while working on this project we have some amazing partners who may be able to help you.
You can begin to start making test calls as soon as your phones are plugged in and finished starting up.
Step 4 – Go-Live & Number Porting
If you ordered new phone numbers through Intulse, you’re ready to go!
Existing numbers can be forwarded to your temporary Intulse number, and will go live at the moment of your choosing. When you’re comfortable, we’ll port your existing numbers (moving them to Intulse). We’ll work with you to coordinate the transfer date, and in most cases we can do so on your preferred date.
