How It Works

Intulse’s Church Community Builder integration merges your phone with your church phone systems.

  1. Any screen in the Intulse App that displays a simple phone number automatically searches the caller ID within CCB and returns any individual records that match.
  2. When someone calls you, instead of showing the Caller ID, you’ll see the name of the individual as it appears in CCB and can click on the name to launch their account within CCB.
  3. You can quickly add call notes to a contact’s activity, and the note will automatically contain all the basic information about the call such as start time, duration, direction (inbound/outbound).
  4. If the call was recorded, a link to the recording will also populate in your notes.
  5. Your team can start calls to CCB individuals directly from within the Intulse App by simply searching for an individual name on the My Phone screen, or simply click the phone number in the CCB record to make the call

Yes: almost every active voice/fax number is portable via federal guidelines, meaning you can likely keep your phone number. Intulse can confirm if your numbers are portable as part of the discovery call (schedule here).
