Integration Features

• Click-to-Call:  Place phone calls from within Breeze using click-to-call buttons on any phone number, saving time and improving call efficiency.
• Click-to-Text:  Send texts from within Breeze using click-to-text buttons on any phone number.
• View Call History:  Within the Intulse App you can view a log of all calls made or received with contact info from Breeze
• Contacts Activities Access:  Quickly add any call notes to a person in Breeze. Notes automatically contain all information about the call such as start time, duration, inbound or outbound direction, and a link to the recording if the call was recorded (optional). These are recorded as Notes in a person’s profile.
• Pop-up Alerts with Profiles:  Incoming calls trigger Breeze to open the caller’s profile in Breeze BEFORE you answer the call! This helps you quickly learn about people in your church so that you better connect and care for them.
• Call Anyone from Anywhere:  Whether on desktop or mobile, the Intulse App allows users to search Breeze contacts and call or text them.
