Get and use toll-free number(s) for your organization. If you already have toll-free numbers they can be ported. Toll-free numbers cost $20/mo for the first number and then $5/mo for additional numbers.
If you need to send or receive faxes you'll need this. You can use our faxing solution with physical fax machines or go paperless and just use the Intulse App. Fax numbers cost $15 per number/mo.

We provide all the setup/training videos you need for FREE. However, for organizations who wish to ensure user adoption we do offer additional online & in-person training. Online training costs start at $150 per hour. In-person training costs start at $3,600 per day + travel expenses.

Emergency support is available 24/7, and beyond phone and email support, Intulse offers an evergreen, online support center that is always up-to-date.
Intulse does not charge for received text messages, those are FREE. However, there are minor fees associated with sending text messages, especially from 10-digit local numbers.
At Intulse we value transparency, honesty, and clarity which is why we keep the pricing in our proposals as complete and all-encompassing as possible. There are some fees which we can not estimate on a proposal but we still want you to know about them. For the overwhelming majority of clients these fees are very minor and will only add a few dollars to their total invoice. These fees include services like E911 and storage fees for call recording features.
Every phone on your system is an extension. But not every extension is a user. For example, a conference room phone is an extension but not a user. A user must be associated with an extension and enables a person to login to the Intulse App. We bill for extensions, not users.
Invoices must be paid electronically via credit card unless special approval is given to pay via ACH or check.
