Integration Features

• Click-to-Call:  Place phone calls from within Rock RMS using click-to-call buttons on any phone number, saving time and improving call efficiency.
• Click-to-Text:  Send texts from within Rock RMS using click-to-text buttons on any phone number.
• View Call History:  When you install our Rock Shop plugin, Intulse adds a “Communications Block” on the Personal Profile screen in Rock. You can then view a log of all calls made or received by your staff. This log includes the date, time, duration and recording (optional) of every call.
• View Texting History: All text exchanges made by your staff will appear in Rock RMS on a person's profile in the new Communications Block. This is a powerful feature to help protect your team should any questions arise around appropriate use of messaging.
• Contacts Activities Access:  Quickly add any call notes to a person during the call and they will show up in Rock RMS in the Communications Block.
• Pop-up Alerts with Profiles:  Incoming calls trigger Rock RMS to open the caller's profile in Rock RMS BEFORE you answer the call! This helps you quickly learn about people in your church so that you better connect and care for them.
• Call Anyone from Anywhere:  Whether on desktop or mobile, the Intulse app allows users to search Rock RMS contacts and call or text them.
• Texting Engine: Intulse can be used as texting engine (Transport Protocol) instead of Twilio. You can save money on message fees by sending native text messages through Intulse for much less than our competitors. (pricing)
